We made higher requirements and standards for process design, equipment selection and process making.        •   Adopting totally enclosed raw material warehouse to ensure the cleanness of the raw material.      •   Calcining processing make use of downstream pot calciner with 8-layer flue. Compared to rotary kiln calcining process, it can reduce material loss, ash content and enhance the density of the CPC.      •   Sorting of granular materials is processed by double-layer DZSF to ensure the purity of materials. Raymond mill is used to produce pulverized materials and air classification is adopted to ensure purity of pulverized materials and uniform distribution of the granular materials.      •   Utilize simulation formula and full-computer controlling to control the burdening proportioning process, avoiding bad effects caused by human errors.      •   4000L double-heating and double-layer mixing pot is used for paste manufacturing to ensure materials intensive-mixed and equably-heated. Thus well plasticity of paste can be guaranteed.      •   Unattended vibrating molding machine is used to produce green anode automatically.      •   Selecting natural gas as fuel of roasting oven and adopting DCS for the combustion controlling. It enhances the heating homogeneity of the block and anode quality.      •   Open top baking furnace utilize FTA to reduce the labor’s working intensity and improve the work environment, and ensure the products quality better. In baking process, each procedure is recorded by computer and artificial ways simultaneously to realize full-process control and traceability of product quality.      •   Owning first-rate inspecting center, fitting X-ray fluorescence analyzer from Germany BRUKER and one complete set of inspecting equipments from Switzerland R&D company.
